"ZZ" Plant
This would be my #1 choice for easiest plant to grow. Light exposure ranges from very low to indirect bright light. Water once a month, but if you forget, no worries, this plant is very forgiving and likes to be left alone. Feel free to move your ZZ around as it is not sensitive to location changes, but be mindful not to constantly be always changing. All plants grow best if left in one spot for a while.
