These beauties come in many different varieties including this red and white veined leaf. Easy growers with minimal effort, and easy to propagate.
 
Light - Indirect light, airing on the shadier side. These guys are flexible though, so if it's getting leggy try for brighter light.
Water - Regular consistency, let the soil dry out before watering. Try to air on the drier side before watering. 
Pot - These guys grow fast so jumping a few sizes when repotting is fine. They like to trail or bush, so feel free to prune when you'd like.
Humidity - Doesn't need a super humid setting. Can tolerate extreme humidity, but doesn't need it. If leaves start to brown or crisp up it's possible it needs more moisture exposure in the air.
