There is something just so CUTE about the Baby Tears Pilea! With it's hair like trailing foliage, it's texture is so soft, and so delicate, it makes for such a popular house plant. Also, given it's preference for low light, it makes it easy to find a place inside, maybe away from a direct window on a shelf somewhere within a bright room. The trick is watering. Wait until the soil is 50-75% dry and then water. These guys are similar to fern conditions, and are pet safe!
Light - needs bright shade/ regular shade
Water - the soil should retain moisture but drain well. Needs more water in spring/summer. Don’t let it dry out completely
Soil - use a chunky well draining mix with peat moss and perlite Humidity - tropical lover of high humidity + warm temps.
